Have problem changing auto answer to longer than 3
Press and hold the SET button to enter the change mode. The unit announces the current time and day. Press SET repeatedly until the unit announces the rings to answer. Press and release NEXT or PREVIOUS until the unit announces the correct number of rings for the answerer to pick up. Once the rings to answer is set, press SET to enter the incoming message length menu.If you need a manual, you can download one

How do I set voice
Hello there, to add a time and day stamp on your messages on your answering machine first you have to set the date and time on the unit. Once the date and time has been set the voice time day stamp should automatically be a part of each message which is left on the machine. to get directions on how to set the time and date follow the instructions on page 9 in the manual below.
