Start with tablet off. Hold power and volume up. You should boot into safe/repair mode. Try some of the options in there to get your tablet going again.
I tried the same thing I had to go under settings and manually reset it. It is settings, About device and Factory Reset and back up section. I hope this was helpful for you.

You can try a factory reset on the tablet. Hold the volume down button and press the power button. This should bring up a system menu that should have an option to perform a factory reset on the tablet.
If it just stopped charging and you have tried other chrgers, then the probable cause would be the battery for the tablet has failed. This is fairly common and would require disassembly of the tablet and replacement of the battery to fix.
