ok try doing a compatibility check . that may help to resolve the initializing of the drivers. to do that you go to the program right click on it . go to proporties .
there you will see compatibility if you are using xp and newer . check the system requirements on the game and see if a faster card is needed . check your system information by clicking start then all programs then ascessories then click system tools then click system information .
you can also check to see if there is a earlier version of the game that would be more compatible to your system.

Did print shop 3 work properly in win 7? If so you should never have updated. See all the grief it has caused you? Go back and install the 3.0 version and leave well enough alone Or maybe that program is not compatible at all with your OS.I have mo bo's that will not load XP but will work fine with anything prior to that. Computers are unpredictable and down right ornery at times but we need them so have to play by their rules.
