How to refill lexmark e260 cartridge
I would not recommending trying to refill a laser cartridge. This toner powder is very fine and you do not want to breath in this powder.
I suggest you purchase a re-manufactured toner cartridge for your model printer. These are cheaper than the new toner cartridges.
Refill Lexmark E260n toner
I don't know of any update or upgrade to the toner cartridge to give you 10K.
That's, 10,000 copies.
If you remove the toner cartridge and look on the side, you should see a rubber cap about 1" inch round.
Remove this cap and refill your toner from their.
Symbol lit up but don't
The symbol with the 2 dots and what looks like a jagged line is the paper jam indicator. Open the paper tray and or front and back access doors to find and remove the paper jam. I the light still does not clear try turning the printer off then on to reset the jam indication.

take out your toner , and shake it well then try it, if its ok, order new toner
Why does the data light blink then paper jam light goes on even with no paper in it
Most likely when you removed the paper jam a small piece of paper got jammed under one of the sensors. This is a very common problem. It is also possible depending on the model that you have dislodged one of the flags that activates sensors for paper travel. Check the back of the printer in the fuser area as these are the most commonly damaged sensors.
