the camera is a real camera in the screen bezel pointed to you not to itself or the screen of any laptop how can it see backwards. a cell phone has front and rear camera this PC is not a Cell phone. answer 2 NO OS told at all we can not guess OS you run. but the drivers are wrong and or MSI apps to make the camera work like new. OS upgrade love to break cameras, did you? the most confusing thing is take pictures/ videos using the internet. what does that mean? be clear on use or get wrong answers.

Try to get something to hold it like duck taping the locking tabs over the battery

you might have to call and find out how to start the entire computor over from the begining, you will lose everything but it may work out and boot up. it sucks and im no expert but its an option.

the transformer which is small plastic box connected to the power cable could be damaged or the fuse has melted if the small box has broken you probably have to replace whole power cable the best and cheapest to buy a replacement from is amazon and amazon is very reliable and you can buy a cheap on there.hope this helps

under the power button cover there is the real pin type thing which is in contact with motherboard try pressing that and if doesn't help may be its the time for getting it repaired.

The DC jack, where you plug the power adapter cable, might be loose or defective, & needs to be either re-soldered or replaced.
In order to do this, the laptop needs to be disassembled & the motherboard taken out. Also, the motherboard needs to be checked for defective/burned out components in the area near the DC jack. Any defective/burned out components found should be replaced, or you might need to replace the laptop's motherboard altogether.

There is a setting in some bios's for the sleep option. You may want to look in there to see if its active.

You cant remove the password if its passworded.

alternatively, use a windows cd as if you are installing a fresh copy. if it is xp you using, go until you accept the agreement by pressing f8. after that it will give you an option to press some keys to continue, press the R for recovery without formating, it will repair you windows and keep your data.

if it is vista, find a genuine copy, it will give you an option to upgrade you windows, and that too will not require you to loose your data, it will keep it.
