My phone had same problem like you are having, but I accidentally got my phone fall on an oil container and spoiled my mic. After changing microphone now working. You just tap the targets in the center. If you tap correctly, the target will automatically move to next position.

Tap “Menu” then tap “Settings & Tools” – “Phone Settings” – “Security”, for security purposes, enter in the last four digits of your wireless number (default), “Reset Default”, It’s done. PS: Restore phone is a complete reset, you will lose everything saved. ex. contacts etc..

if the same was done by lower grade software then bluetooth must be used so close always your bluetooth,,, if the same done by higher or paid service then you must reinstall new and fresh firmware into your mobile to clean the spy software from your phone. (any how it is very difficult to install them into your phone if the same is used by you only)

You need to try Silica Gel Packets to dry out your phone. There was a good article on associatedcontent.com that explains how to dry a wet cell phone, iPods, or any electronics.

On some phones, there is a limit to the number of times you can enter the same number, even if you delete it. The number is still there, just marked deleted. Usually limited to 10 or less. It will not be actually removed until all memory and sometimes the phone is factory reset. You may be able to fool it by adding +1 before the area code when you enter the number. It may not recognize it as the same number and the +1 is ignored if it is not long distance. Try als changing the name somewhat.
