Their website said that updates are to come soon. As of now, there isn't any. Sorry about that. I have the same model and am in the same boat.

The only thing you need to do (maybe) is to update the maps. make sure its maps cover the region where you will be traveling, otherwise it won't be of any help. Since roads do change over the years it is possible that your map may be inaccurate somewhere. If you are unlucky to find yourself in such an area, an old-fashioned road atlas or an area map might come in handy.

Go to the manufacturer website. They must have a page where to purchase additional maps.

reset the GPS there should be a pin size hole on the side find it and reset it. You need to program it as well to your exact location.

Take it to futureshop or bestbuy

How long has this problem been going on? I would recommend you update the GPS system to see if it will resolve the issue. You can find the update software at the following link,

You will have to plug in your GPS to your computer via a USB cable, that should of came with the unit.
