I need a user manual
Hi Jennifer,If you still need the respective codes for your device, i'd be only too happy to forward them to you, as I am often frustrated that it appears that nobody seems willing to do even the most seamless things out of simple kindness.Anyways that aside just let me know.Take care and be well.RegardsMJ
My grundig elegance tv changes input on its own, can i fix this?
Make a hard reset to this set first and check. If it do not help you, replace in main system memory IC.
Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for
more details. Click this link. View it in
"Timeslide" option, which can be selected from the drop down box
menu by the [Sidebar] tag, at the top left corner of the display
window. It will make search easy. There
are more than 1000 posts to different brand TVs now. Pull up older posts there.

No sound on a 21in
Hi.
Using AV entry ensure that the red/white leads have been connected properly to TV Audio input. SCART is supposed to have built in sound. Test using a different scart.
Try disconnecting power cord for fifteen minutes, that will discharge internal component and reset the TV. Double check audio settings just in case.
If all that does not help, then the problem is likely the sound circuit inside TV. In this case the audio circuit is built-in the main board. Usually with the 19'' LCD TVs you need to replace the main board. Parts for this model are not available from third party distributors. In case the TV is defective, I suggest calling the Grundig number listed on your owners manual to arrange repair or to check part availability. To find contacts you can also use the 'International' tab on top of this page:
Welcome to Grundig.

My grundig lenaro has sound
Hi Mike,
Power on the unit in the dark room then shine with the flashlight directly in
the screen, you will barely see the images. This is because your backlight is
not functioning. The following reason is the caused.
1. Power supply - missing
B+(supply voltage) coming from this board feeding the inverter board. This is
caused by faulty transistor, dried/leaky electrolytic capacitor, open fusible
resistor.
2. Inverter board - even
the B+ is good from the power supply, if the fuse, driver transistor, driver transformer
is faulty no output to the backlight resulting to black picture.
3. Busted backlight - even
inverter board is good but if this is busted resulting to black picture also.
Diagnosing the fault is technical and if you don't have necessary tools and test instrument and can't fix it yourself, I would
advice you to look for an experienced
technician to isolate the
problem.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
Thanks for using Fixya.
Hi the tv started to
Hmm
Looks like the back light or the driver circuit has failed.
If you shine a bright torch at the screen can you see a very faint image ?
If so then its the back light has gone.
If you cant see anything its the screen driver.
