Contact the authorized service center for AOC. It sounds that the firmware has been corrupted beyond recovery. Try a hard reset first. I don't think it will help you. Anyway try once. There are two types of reset to TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. not certain what that means but check the broadcast protocols that are options of the card's menus and the protocols the monitor can use. Also check the maximum resolution of the monitor, the refresh rates it can support, the modes too and check that the settings on the cards software are not exceeding them, it may be that the resolution or refresh rates are beyond the monitor's capability to display

Sounds like a screen fault. The adhesive that attaches ribbon cables from the drive electronics to the screen has failed. Unfortnately this isn't fixable because the connection and spacing is too fine to get a 100% reliable connection.
