Here is the procedure for subscribing to packet data:
Menu--settings--connectivity--packet data--packet data settings--edit active access point--packet data access point. Once you are at this point you will be required to type in a name for your access point: Type in "Internet" and then save your settings and exit back to standby screen.
You should now be able to browse the internet.

hello. there is often a diagram which shows u how to insert the sim card. it will be a little diagram of a box shape with a **** on one side, as ur sim has a **** on one side too. try looking for it. the sim insertion can be under the battery, or more rrarely- thru the side of the phone. dont get confused with where the memory card fits, it is much smaller in size.

Go to Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings.

Select Restore all option and it would wipe everything.

Dear just do a hard reset of ur phone and then you will get your default sercurity code(12345).Press and hold *,3 and call receive key and then turn ur phone on while hoding the other three keys.
OR:
You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
