I have a 1990 arctic cat prowler,go, it just seems to bog out. new belt on it put a used clutch on it,still the same result has 110psi both cylinders

if it is a 4 stroke engine then the compression is too low and there has to be an investigation as to why blocked air filter would be the first place , then worn rings would be next

What are the torque specs for the track on unidentified snowmobile?

If you mean track tension, I raise the back of the sled and tension it until it is tight against the sliders in the front, but you can pull it away with 10-15 pounds pressure with your hand.

What can be done with a primary clutch that rattles at idle but is quiet at higher rpm?

Normally the pins and bushings get worn on the cams. You should replace them before they get too bad.

2002 Pantera. battery went dead tried to pull start but it is vert stiff can not turn over easy any idea?

I always use WD-40, it lubricates and also will burn, easier on the engine than starting fluid.

1996 ski doo touring 700 triple, tach runs 9000 at 50mph

How is the belt? If belt is wore it will tach more. Maybe your driven pulley is not expanding properly, which lets the belt fall down into it changing gear ratio.

440 evereat ski doo. How can I find out when it was manufactured?

Take your serial # off the tunnel to a dealer. They should be able to tell you. You may even be able to find a website that has a chart.

Why would snowmobile engine run but track wont turn?

Is the clutch halves on the engine moving together when engine speed is increased? If so then I would look inside the chain box, maybe if you're lucky you just broke a chain. It should be real simple to find this, raise the back of the machine off the ground, have someone turn the driven pulley and see where (in the drivetrain) it stops turning.
