I had this similar tablet...it quit on me after 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with a M9200 which would not turn on after 1 month. I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

To factory reset: 1. Turn off the tablet 2. Press and hold volume down and power simultaneouly. Hold it for 30 seconds until an Android logo will appear on screen then let go. 3. Scroll down by pressing Volume down and Volume up to select any from the selection. 4. Select Wipe Data/Reset and select wipe data again and wait till it`s done. 5. Hi If you forget your password the only way to make your tablet working is default reset. Turn it of then press and hold volume + with power button this allows you to enter service mode from there using volume buttons go to wipe data/ factory reset and confirm by pressing power button.

I spoke with Kocaso...no fix yet, so I returned mine...I had the M9100...junk!
