No puedo entrar en recovery en mi tablet m752 y no enciende se queda en la pantalla de inicio existe alguna solucion?

Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before.

My Kocaso M752 says it's connected to our wifi but it hasn't asked for the password.

The programmed password is stored on the android tablet, from last time. Until you say "forget" site

I recently ask a question how how to do a reset as i am stuck with android on the screen, i tried ur suggestion on power button and sound down button, nothing changed , do u have another suggestion to

I had this similar tablet...it quit on me after 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with a M9200 which would not turn on after 1 month. I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

It won't unlock i can't open the tablet

If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings. Support Troubleshooting Guide

The company that sold these is called nomorerack. The dispute you have is with them, not the manufacturer. You need to email their support on [email protected] Or phone them on 855-847-7225 (USA)
