How do i do a factory reset on m752
To factory reset: 1. Turn off the tablet 2. Press and hold volume down and power simultaneouly. Hold it for 30 seconds until an Android logo will appear on screen then let go. 3. Scroll down by pressing Volume down and Volume up to select any from the selection. 4. Select Wipe Data/Reset and select wipe data again and wait till it`s done. 5. Go back to the menu and select reboot to restart the system. Once the tablet has been restarted it will all be back to default values.

Log in not working
Hi If you forget your password the only way to make your tablet working is default reset. Turn it of then press and hold volume + with power button this allows you to enter service mode from there using volume buttons go to wipe data/ factory reset and confirm by pressing power button.
Screen flipped
I spoke with Kocaso...no fix yet, so I returned mine...I had the M9100...junk!
It won't unlock i can't open the tablet
If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings.

While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before.
