My kkmoon nvr turns on but won't show camera feed on my screen
If your KKmoon NVR turns on but won't show camera feed on your screen, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the cables: Make sure all cables are securely connected and that the camera is powered on.
- Check the NVR settings: Ensure that the NVR is set to display the correct camera channel. Go to the NVR's menu and look for a setting related to camera input or channel selection.
- Check the resolution: Make sure the resolution of your monitor is set correctly. If the monitor's resolution is too low, it may not be able to display the camera feed.
- Update the NVR's firmware: Outdated firmware can cause problems with the NVR's functionality. Check the KKmoon website for any available firmware updates.
- Restart the NVR and monitor: Sometimes a simple restart of the NVR and monitor can resolve the issue. Unplug both devices, wait for a few seconds, and then plug them back in.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to consult the NVR's user manual or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

Cant close safe with key ?
If you are unable to lock your safe with the key, there may be a few reasons why this is happening. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Ensure the locking bolts are fully retracted: Before trying to lock your safe, ensure that the locking bolts are fully retracted into the safe door. If the bolts are not fully retracted, this can prevent the locking mechanism from engaging.
- Make sure the key is fully inserted: Ensure that the key is fully inserted into the lock mechanism and turned in the correct direction to lock the safe. Sometimes the key may not turn if it is not fully inserted into the lock.
- Check for any obstructions: Check the door and locking mechanism for any obstructions that may be preventing the lock from engaging. Ensure that the door is fully closed and flush with the safe body.
- Try applying pressure to the door: Sometimes safes can become misaligned, making it difficult to lock the door. Try applying gentle pressure to the door while turning the key to see if this helps the locking mechanism engage.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the locking mechanism itself. In this case, you should contact a professional locksmith to diagnose and repair the issue.
