Refrigerator not cool enough

Is it running? If so, the evaporator fan in the freezer and the condenser fan(if there is one) by the compressor need to be running. Check if compressor is running. Is there any frost build up on the evaporator cover? If so you have a defrost problem (bad heater, defrost thermost, thermister, defrost timer or circuit board). Check air channels between freezer and refrigerator sections for any ice blockage. If everything checks good you may have a sealed system problem which requires a repairman to fix and is expensive.

Unit not cooling down,compressor running,condenser

Check if evaporator fan is running. Is there any frost buildup on freezers evaporator cover? If so you have a defrost problem (bad heater, defrost thermostat, thermister, defrost timer or circuit board ). If no frost and the freezer is warm then you most likely have a sealed system problem(leak, restriction, bad compressor) which is costly to repair.

Ge ice maker is leaking

Your water valve is not sealing closed completely and allows drips of water to seep through and freeze inside the fill tube. Either your water valve is bad or you have low water pressure to the fridge. Turn the water supply off, disconnect from the fridge's water valve, and turn supply back on and run it into a bucket. Should be pretty strong flow. If its weak the fridge ain't your problem.

NOTE: This
is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.
First I would check cold control. Thats where you turn it off, if your temp is not warm. it can
be defective and not shutting off. If your temp is warm proceed with the following.
I would check the fan in the freezer. Listen to see if it is running
It moves air to the ref from the freezer
Then check to see if FREEZER CONTROL is turned WARMER WHICH MAKES THE REF COLDER AND VICE-VERSA. SEE?
The ref. temp should be about 33-35
The Freezer temp should be 0 to 10 Any thing below these temps is overkill and a waste of elect
The higher the number you turn it up to is the coldest
But is probably a common defrost problem The ice build up
is not being melted by the defrost system. The fan can't blow through the coils into the fridge.
Take out back panel of freezer to check for ice buildup. The coils should be clean.
There are three components to a defrost system- a heater, heater thermostat, and a timer unless you have a defrost electronic card.
Its best handled by a Technician but you could possibly do it by taking your model number to the nearest appliance parts store and asking for the parts. They are mostly located in freezer ,behind back panel on freezer coils.except the card which is usually located in ref The parts store will have info
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath
Make sure back cover is on the fridge. Some take them off and throw them away.
make one out of cardboard if its gone, using the holes of the old one.

Fridge section is working fine but the freezer is

Good day,
You didn't say how long this has been an issue. That would help.
First check to see if you can hear the fan in the freezer compartment running when the machine is on. It's easy to tell, if you open the freezer door. As well. see if there is any frost building up on the rear panel in freezer compartment. If so, then it is not defrosting automatically, and could be a defective timer or defrost thermostat and heater located in the freezer section behind the rear panel.

If that's all good, then on some smaller GE top mounts, there were only one main control. If yours has a freezer damper control, obviously turn it colder. If not turning the main thermostat will allow the whole machine to run colder. Both the freezer and the fresh food section.

Lastly, machines with light usage (less than 20 door openings on the main fridge door per day) will cause the machine to run too little, causing your problem.

Electric went out now the fridge is back on but is not cooling

ARE YOU USING A 3 WAY TO 2 WAY ADAPTER OR EXTENSION CORD. THIS MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM. TRY A NEW EXTENSION CORD TO A DIFFERENT OUTLET TO ELIMINATE THE POSIBILITY OF AN OUTLET PROBLEM. OR IF THERE IS A RECTANGLE COVER PLATE ON THE BACK OF THE REFRIGERTOR WITH THE CIRCUIT BOARD IN IT THEN THE BOARD MIGHT BE BROKEN. I KNOW THIS IS STUPID BUT THIS HAPPENS. MAKE SURE IT IS ON. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE MORE INFO.
