Hello,
If your ice maker is not producing any ice at all, it could be due to
various reasons. Firstly, check the right side of ice maker for a wire.
The wire will be in an erected position, if the machine is turned off.
In such a case, lower the plastic lever present in there or the wire
directly if there is no plastic lever. This should be enough for your
ice maker to start functioning once again.
There could also be a case of blockage in the ice maker fill tube. If
this is the situation, use a hair dryer to melt any ice stuck in there
which is causing the blockage. Replace the tubes if necessary. Check the
ice maker assembly for any cracked up or broken parts. Especially check
the gears and plastic arms along the ice rake, as these are more likely
to break down compared to other parts. Replace them if needed.
Take care.
Refrigerator not cooling freezer
Since the freezer is fine, you are in good shape. Pull off the back cover inside the freezer to inspect the evaporator coils. You should see a light frost pattern. If it is heavily frosted, then you have a open heater element - located at bottom of evaporator. If heater is good and you have heavy frost buildup, replace motherboard and thermistor which is clipped to the top of the evaporator.

Hi,
For a competent expert to be able to answer your problem, you will need to give a specific make and model of your unit.
Also include as much as possible about what you have already tried to do to resolve the problem along with exactly what is not working or what the unit is not doing that it is supposed to do.
This will help us experts to be able to give you the correct advise the first time, without having to guess so much as to what is actually happening.
Thank you!

My water preasure in door
Either replace the water filter or replace the water valve ( located behind the refrig where the wall water line connects to ) or , install the water filter bypass piece which came with the refrig . ( This will tell you if the filter needs replaced ) .

it is not defrosting . coil is icing over it will slowly get warmer in fridge then freezer. will be defrost timer needs replacing or defrost element. also listen if fan motor is running when door closed.
