How do I set the clock on my ge profile wall oven?
Push the clock button until the colon between the hours and minutes starts to flash. Use the up and down arrow buttons to set the time then push the clock button once again to make the colon symbol go solid.

Control beeps continuously. Display shows F1.
Usually, This means that either the touch pad or the oven control (also called
clock or ERC) is defective and needs to be replaced. If this fault code
cannot be canceled, replace the oven control (also called clock or ERC),
touch pad, or both.

Have JKP44GP double electric oven.
It sounds like you are going to need a control board. You can look for a used one online part number WB27K5210. You can also send your board in to be rebuilt. Corecentrics and Fix your board are two reputable companies.

When I preheat our GE Profile (Model PT916S R1SS)
350 is an average of temperature. So your thermometer is not going to read that, it is reading actual temperature. So to get the average, you must use five cycles not counting the preheat cycle. turn the oven on, when you here the first click you then can start recording five clicks of the relay after that , the temperature will got way up and way down, so you should have five lows and five highs, then you average to get the set temp. All manufacturers allow a 25 to 50 degree range of error. In your owners manual you will find calibration mode and how to preform it. I would advise not to go changing it all gung ho and trying to remedy a temperature difference. Small increments of 5 degrees and give it a try. Good luck and Happy baking.
