GE Profile JT952 Electric Double Oven - Page 7 Questions & Answers
My GE oven works but all elements stopped working, any suggestions?
There are elements in the oven too but I will assume you are referring to the stovetop elements only.
You did not give a model so I can't research any information, but it could be that a main connection has come loose under/behind, or a safety device (fuse) has tripped.
Before working on the stove, turn off the breaker you are dealing with 240 Volts and can be very dangerous.
One thing to test, try turning the breaker off and back on again and test the cooktops, otherwise turn the breaker back off before proceeding.
Some stove have screws under the front lip (maybe covered by the oven door) that with removal, allow the top to be lifted, otherwise you will need to pull away from the wall, disconnect power and access the back for further troubleshooting.

We are getting a F9 code on a GE ZET938 convection wall oven while trying to clean it. What does that code mean?
The wall oven probably has a bad door lock. If the door is stuck shut, average repair cost ~ 300 dollars - 500 Dollars max. Worth calling service if you lack the confidence or experiece to tackle this expensive machine. If the wall oven door actually opens and isn't locked shut, try holding down the door switches to see if you get a response or if the error clears. Recommend calling GE service for this repair if available in your area. 1800 GE CARES

What does F-1 MEAN ON HE TRUE TEMP WALL OVEN MEAN?
Hello, Deborah -
I hope I am correct in thinking that you do not have the owner's manual for your oven. If you do have the manual, failure codes are probably listed in the manual, with an explanation of what they mean.
According to information on the list of GE Wall Oven Error Codes provided by Sears PartsDirect:
https://www.searspartsdirect.com/wall-oven-repair/error-codes/ge-wall-oven-error-codes.html
F1 means:
Stuck or defective button on the key panel
The check / repair is:
(Quote)
Push the Clear/OFF pad. Shut off power to the oven, disconnect the flat ribbon connector from the electronic oven control board and then restore electrical power. If the code reappears after about 30 seconds, replace the electronic oven control board. If the code doesn't reappear, replace the key panel.
(End quote)
Best wishes.

Elements in convection oven won't heat
DO you have a model number for that. I'm almost sure it's a thermal fuse in the back of the oven. Usually they go out during or after cleaning but that would shut down both elements. If you have the model (usually by the inside door look all over and up in the cavity) Then if you go to this link
http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?intcmp=xsite_Sears
It will show you a breakdown of the oven and where it is. If you give me the model I'll show you what I'm talking about. Good luck.
P.S. if it the fuse it's a cheap fix, little hard to get in back of the oven but cheap!
