Bad oven temp sensor. If you know how to do so you can disconnect the power and remove the temp sensor. The two white wires to the sensor, ohm it. it must read ~1080 ohms. If not really close to that at room temp then replace sensor.

The first thing to try and do is to just "kill" all power to the unit for a while, at least 2 minutes, to see if we can kick-start the elements. Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch that is preventing them from starting up. Try shutting off the circuit that controls the oven, at your circuit breaker. Just flip it off for a good 2 minutes or more, then flip it on. Try that and then attempt to run the ovens to see if it makes a difference.

Let me know what you find, in the mean time I am researching this further for you, just reply here..

that this code indicate is that there been an over flow of water(liquid substance) in to the pane of the oven.

What you are to do to fix up this problem is first put off the power supply connected to the oven then unscrew the screws from the back with a screw driver, then trace the wire down to the panel then carefully clean up all form of dirt you can fine around the panel then couple it back ,with this the problem is solve
hope this help?

Thank you and thanks for using fixya.

Thanks for using FixYa. F1 error indicates that the control board (ERC) has gone bad and the electronic range control (ERC) should be replaced to resolve the issue. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
