Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. To install MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding, you can try the following steps:

I use Imgburn (free ) to burn mine, done for over a decade never 1 bad disk made.

Not knowing what capture card you have, I can only guess that you are using the componet video input to the capture card and the composite video out of the Xbox. If the transitions just jump from A to B with no change, try this: Open the Setup menu, select Video and Audio Preferences, uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration" and click OK. Close and reopen Studio. Thanks to FANDOS.SP on Youtube for this fix.

So you have no sound or images on Windows? Close down your computer. Then start to re-boot and keep tapping the f8 key until you get a black and white page of text. Select Start up in Safe Mode See if that works normally Fermez votre ordinateur.
