I believe it is compatible ...what it asks is the driver for the tv tuner if this is what you use...cause the driver can not be compatible ...even if the software might be ...
so what you need is to insert the disk that came with the tuner and in there run the drivers for vista if you do not have the drivers for windows 7 on it ..or...see the model and look on the manufacturer-s site..and download the latest drivers for windows 7 ..after that will work ..
to get to the manufacturer's site..just type its name ..and the word support into an search engine ..and if a site named....support appears..get in there ..make sure it is the manufacturer's support site ...select the model into the driver and downloads..and the operation system ..and get the driver for it ..

It seems that you have not completed the installation. HDD and partition it. Install the software

You need to convert it first to an audio format like mp3 format. if the program does not have a feature to convert, try to download 'any video converter' via online. You can download it for free.

You can find the serial no. or the cd key of the software together with the CD Casing or in it was Printed on the Cover label of your CD.

CD key, is a specific software-based key for a computer program. It certifies that the copy of the program is original.

i think this problem is due to problem in writing drive use alchahol 120% to create a virtual drive .this software can write contents to your hard disk.

you can search the web for for it, example just type "theprogramname""serial #" and sometimes you can find what your looking for. How ever doing this breaks copyright lays and is illegal.

It looks like the error in ur registry because of invalid registry errors so make ur registry error fix by using reginout

if the importer stopped this means that it seen it like a trial and do not recognized your license key ...My advice if these license is a genuine one is to contact the seller or the manufacturer and get the job done ...but I do heard some legends with the trials that says something about getting the date on the computer a few years ahead (ex ...put your computer date to 2014 )..and these will make the trial loose the touch with reality ..but it may affect other functions ..so always do that when you work with it and get it back for browsing and so ...I'm not sure if it will work but it worth to try ...
also reinstalling the trial on other computer or operating system (or another name on the computer or license key of the operating system will let you run the trial again ..but it is just unpractical ) ..
also if you need it bad ..try reinstall the trial ..sometimes it does not see the computer identity and let you run it again ...
by the way ..the issue with the key may be that is from another version of the program ...
Anyway ..try the trick with the computer date ...it will make it think that is on another planet and outdated..but just as long as you work off line ... and it just may be programmed to run free if it is outdated..

When I analyzed your problem, this problem is a most common one faced by all the pinnacle studio 12 users. one of the user's comment about this is as below:
To start, when the program would be rendering a file, it would show an export error message and lock up. If I rebooted the computer, I could then try to render again only to get the same error message at a different spot in the process. After about 10 hours corresponding with Live Chat support, and following their recommendations, uninstalled and reinstalled the product twice. After this did not correct the problem, they provided a key code to unlock MPEG-4. Now the rendering issue occurs rarely.

Pinnacle have also released a latest patch for pinnacle studio 12 users, which may fix your problem. you can download the patch fix from here
