Check the blade for sap - clean it. Make sure you unplug it first. .Check for worn teeth on blade. Give machine a good cleaning. Try cutting at a slower pace. Check blade tension.and alignment.

I think the HF 9 inch band saw is just the same with your machine. Try to contact them thru email to request a manual. Try to check bandsawmanuals.com , they have many free downloadable manuals on their site.

You should check with Harbor Freight. Call or send them an email. If you can't find any from them, check out MikeTools website or ebay perhaps. There are other sources for aftermarket replacement parts for bandsaw. Got new tires from bandsawparts.com .

If the fuel in it is 2 or more months old dump it out and put in fresh fuel and try statring. Also try try a squirt of starting fluid into the carb. If it fires on it you may need to do this a few times to pull the old fuel in the lines through till the fresh fuel can get to the carb.
