on your tv, goto the smart screen and see if you can download the app, if so, install it and then start Netflix, it should ask if you want to start a trial or insert your username and password, if your netflix is only for 1 device, u will only be able to either use it on your TV or Laptop, not both at the same time

It may be that the aerial in the TV isn't as good as your phones receiver. Maybe try a mains internet / power line adapter so that you can use a wired solution.

in your internet browser, type 192.168.1.1, wait for the router's management page to open. Check the settings to ensure your TV is allowed internet access

Hi, You need to put in the Wi-Fi password in order for your tv to join the wireless network and have internet access.

Your computer should have an HDMI access port to feed the signal to the TV. If your computer does not have HDMI port, you can install an expansion card in an empty slot on the motherboard. This error is a "Network Connection" issue. I would restart all of the devices. Also remove the connection from the TV and then re-establish it. If you don't have any special settings like port forwarding etc. set on the Router, I would factory reset it as-well. Unless you're on dial-up, fresh settings on all the device should enable playback again.

Change your region or country and then on the next boot all will be removed. Then change it back to your country and the apps will reload and you are logged out of Netflix.
