You may need to change the resolution mode on the smart TV
or the console since it might not be detecting it automatically.

There should be an error code when it can not connect. If you have turned the TV off and then on again and this has not worked. You can try disconnecting your internet connection from the TV and re connecting. If this does not work, you can try and uninstall and re-install the Netflix application. Without much information about make and model, this is the best information I can give.

Try unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If you are still having an issue with Netflix, try logging out and back in.

The file that you have downloaded MIGHT be corrupted. If you try to install the corrupted apps, you will get the parse error "There was a problem parsing the package". So, try again downloading the app completely and install it.

1st see if you can clear/remove/delete the corrupted netflix app file from wherever it saves it, temp, cache etc

If to complicated i suspect a factory reset OR just settings should clear it though it means setup time needed.

Hi, Your local computer/hardware shop might stock the correct one or an equivalent/universal charger that should work. You must take the old one with you so the person can read the output voltage, output current and look at the connector type of the old one in order to match them. Good luck.
