Printing too light
Hey,
You need to go to your driver, check on the darkness parameter on the advanced tab option.
Once you are there, you will see that there's a graduation from 0-10 or 0-20, depending on Printer driver you are using.
Try downloading your printer driver from
www.nicelabel.cl and then you will have a 5 degree default.
You have to start testing little by little upgrading the degrees.
If that doesn't work, then you have to check the material you are using. Normally you must use wax ribbon to print on paper and resin ribbon to print on polypropilen. The ribbons look the same sometimes. To know about the label, try ripping it. If you can is paper, if you can't is pvc(Polypropilhene)

Seems its loosing calibration, try to reset to factory defult setting and it will calibrate with the labels that have at the moment. Please check settings at windows drivers (should be set up at Thermal transfere if using ribbon otherwise Direct Thermal if not using ribbon.
That issue can happen aswell if when sending a job to the printer with wrong settings, it will overrwrithe the previose settings of the printer.
you can untick the setting " use printer settings" at drivers as well.
if you need diferent driver go to www.seagulldrivers.com - this driver let you to resett printer to factury defaults. Hope it helps.Paulo.
