Leading cause of paper jams is debris/foreign objects that accidentally fell into the paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:

1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.

2. Grab a flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.

3. If you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.

4. If feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover and remove the cartridges.

5. Check the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's path or the paper path.

6. If cartridge area is clear, close the cover.

7. Re-brick your printer. Pull out the power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds.

8. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

Please carefully follow steps below to fix this problem:

1. If the computer is NEW and already has 10.7, download the Webdriver directly at http://bit.ly/onkHQ5.
2. If the computer got 10.7 via the Software Updates, then run the Cleanup tool, please refer to this article on the Lexmark website: Removing Lexmark Files on your Mac 10.7 Computer
3. Run the installer, and after add the printer via Print and Fax. Follow the steps in Solution B in this article: How to Manually Add a USB Print Queue, Network Print Queue and Fax Queue on Mac OS X Systems.
4. Run the Apple Software Update and get the Lexmark 2.5 Drivers installed.
5. If the printer cannot be added, run the Repair Disk Permissions, then Reboot.

Try to carefully remove the sheets of paper one at a time and avoid tearing it, any torn pieces of paper in the printer can cause future paper jams if left inside. You can also access the paper jam by opening the cartridge area.

Have you taken out the entire program and restarted your computer?

The Lexmark X6675 User's Guide (available at http://bit.ly/bGobhq) should give you a better picture. Scroll to page 111 for the instructions on how to install/replace the cartridges.
Sometimes the ink cartridge carrier won't position automatically to the middle even when the printer is on and the cover is open. Just unplug the printer from the power source. With the cover open, hold the solid white strip and gently slide the carrier to the middle of the printer. Load the cartridges. Close the cover. Plug the printer back to power source. The only thing you can do to speed up the wireless link is to move the printer closer to the router. You can't replace the wireless module with a faster one and you can't add a better antenna .

your power supply (black box) is working fine if it has green indicator light on. Make sure you're plugging the power supply all the way in the slot. The power supply can be plugged in an incorrect position so try to double-check that you are plugging it in correctly. Hope this helps.

Since your printer is new, is should be covered under guarantee. Please take it back to your dealer, he should swop it out. Alternatively you can arrange a replacement from Lexmark direct through their website.

I suspect that on the bottom right of your computer screen you will see a small printer icon. Double click on the icon and it will open the print queue.

You will see the troublesome print file. Highlight the job and then go to the top of the box and delete the highlighted file.

you need to clean the head of the printer, check the user manual on how to clean the printer head else check on the net how to clean the head.

There is a sensor in all printers that report this error. It may be electrical (electric eye) or mechanical (roller connected to a sensitive switch (also electric)).

I am not intimately familiar with the innards of all printers currently in use, including yours. Still, I offer this advice.

Your printer is "jammed" because something is saying so. (What?) The roller and/or switch may be stuck in the 'jammed' position or the electric "eye" may be dirty or possibly there could be a short somewhere (I doubt it, but it is a possibility) Now think about this, the switch is very sensitive, it must be to detect the thickness of one sheet of paper. You will not see a lot of movement if it is mechanical.

Error messages are frequently generated by sensors (switchs of some kind) In your case, the sensor is closed (like turning on a light in the living room) and telling you the light is on in the living room, so to say.

Even though you have inspected the device closely, you must re-examine and find the sensor and clear it.
