You can use the key combination to on or off your webcam.

Fn + F6 - Turn Webcam on/off.

i suggest you reformat your system..
you are experiencing system error or corruption of system...

best way is to format it so you can use it again...

Since you did not include the model number of the netbook, I will give you a couple of generic locations where you may find the CMOS battery. It could be tucked away under the keyboard encased in yellow plastic; or on some models, you would find it by removing the battery pack; remove the large cover over the cooling fan; in the upper left corner is a white oblong cover with two screws- remove that piece and the CMOS battery should be held in place with tape.

Go to the Control Panel, click on "Device Manager", click on "Network Adapters" and select the wireless adapter you use. Right-click on it and select "Enable". That should turn it on.

Hello there should be a small hath with 1-2 screws on it remove those screws an you will have access to the memory compartment then u can remove the memory there and replace with a higher GB one. Good luck
