You have two options.
1) From the Setup menu choose the Copy option and use it to copy pictures from the internal memory to the memory card. Once done you can download the pictures from the memory card as usual.
2) Remove the memory card, if any, and then connect the camera to the computer using the supplied USB cable. You can then download the pictures from there.
