go online wherever you got your phone from and it will say download movies or download music and stuff like that

there is so many ways to upload music...if you have the connector or the usb connector you can connect it to computer and copy for music or you can use a card reader..all you have to do is place your cardreader on the computer and insert your memory card in the card reader and do the same......copy from computer to your memory card

It sounds like its a software problem and if you have only had it for about 5 months it should still be under warinty. Try calling your provider and tell them whats going on and see if they can send you a new phone.

We just bought this phone today and after a few hours, it just started rebooting randomly. We were getting ready to return the phone, and then updated the firmware and now have no more reboots. Here are the steps for a firmware update:

1. From the Home icon select, the OK/Menu button
2. Go to Tools
3. Scroll down to Update Phone (or press #) and press OK
   
4. Select Updated Firmware (or press 1)
5. Follow onscreen instructions

After the download completes, the firmware package is installed. For the last several hours, we've had no more reboots or power downs.

i had it before with my phone and after it dryed out the inside it started working so you gotta give it a day atleest till it drys

This happened with my phone as well. I put the memory card in a blackberry and was able to format it. It worked fine in the LG after thath. Please note that this will erase everything on your memory card.

First of all, please make sure your memory card is microSD card, then open the microSD slot access panel located on bottom right side as u mention. Position the microSD card perpendicular to the opening and gently slide it into place until it is fully inserted and locked. Once successfully insert, the microSD card icon will be display on phone screen.

For that first connect your LG lotus phone to computer.
Then install driver and software from disk which comes with phone when you purchase it.
Then you can add JAR files program to your phone with help of that software .
Put that disk which comes with phone in cd or dvd rom then install software.

the batterys are defective maybe or the devices , go into verizon they are usually very helpfull and will replace them

the file is corrupted, erase and re download

Plug your Lotus into your computer, then in "My Computer" double click on your Lotus' icon, then there should be a folder that says "Music," just drag and drop music files into this folder, then you should be able to listen to them on your phone.
