To do this, take a moment and find the command, option, p and r keys and figure out how you are going to hold them ALL down at together. The mac should be off, if not, shut it down (not restart-shutdown). Now, touch the power button and immediately hold down the cmd-option-p-r keys. Yes, this does sound like it's an inverter issue.
The only way to get this part is straight from Apple or from a Authorized Service Provider who get there parts straight from Apple.

You could try deleting the .plist files related to the modem's software. You will find them under: Macintosh HD - Users - "your user id" - Library - Preferences. Do a folder search in there for the "LG" and delete any files that say "com.lg..." This will reset any preferences you have set in the software and force it to create new ones.

Boot from the 10.3 disc by holding the C key down. When
you see the Installer window, go up to the Installer Menu to
Disk Utility and use that to reformat the drive.

try installing Mac oS 10.5 version and then update it to 10.5.1 and 2 ,also check your installation cd/dvd

There Could be many Problems. Make sure that you replaced a DVD Drive which is Compatible with this Model. Have you tried to use a Different Brand of DVD? If not, use it. It might make a Difference.
The most likely problem is bad media. Are you using a major name brand DVD blank? Is the DVD itself clean? Some players are better able to cope with poorly made DVDs. CD's, having a lot less info on them often work in DVD drives that won't accept a DVD. Commercial DVDs are high quality,and therefore, again, easier for a slightly finicky drive to read.Try burning a DVD using a major brand, the kind you buy one per package, not 25 or 50. Let me know if that works.
If problem remains Unsolved, the only suggestion I have is to try to determine whether the problem is in the DVD drive or software. If you can borrow an External DVD Drive that is either USB or Firewire, make sure it can read a DVD that your built-in one can't. Then plug it into your Mac and see if it can read the same DVD. If it can, then it's your DVD drive that is faulty. If it cannot, then you have a software problem which I would suggest you fix by reinstalling the Mac OS from the original installation CDs or DVD. You can do this without losing your files. Just follow the directions in the Installer carefully.

this looks lik a conflict with you extensions or fonts. Please hold the shift key at startup for 15 seconds and see what ot does.

the new LCD is not match to your notebook. i'm sure not same all pin outs and pin in. its not compatible to the circuit board of notebook. even the LCD connector is also not compatible.

What is your question?

Restart holding down: command option O and F. Keep holding down those 4 keys until you see text on a light background. At the end of the text will be 'release keys to continue'. Release the 4 keys and type: reset-nvram hit return, then type: set-defaults hit return, then type: reset-all and hit return. The iBookG4 should restart with all default settings restored.

HI THERE IS NORMALLY A VERY SMALL HOLE NEXT TO THE DRIVE,THAT A PAPER CLIP CAN ACCESS. PUSH IT IN UNTIL THE CD POPS OUT.

I am afraid the latest iTunes version will not run in your G4, also it is not possible to upgrade your G4 to one of the supporting operating system versions.
