PC life warning indicates that the photoconductor has nearly reached its expected life rating. You can still continue printing but will be at risk for developing print quality issues. check your com port on printer, is it comunicating with pc, check for fualty cabling between pc and printer, check for correct drivers 32bit or 64bit.

Remove the toner cartridge and print cartridge assembly. Slightly shake it from side to side to redistribute toner properly. Also, please check the supply level of your toner cartridge.You might want to consider replacing the toner cartridge since you have already replace the PC unit.Also, check the transfer roll for signs of toner buildup and contamination.Inspect the HVPS contact (transfer roll) for contamination. Verify the high voltage cable is plugged into the LVPS/HVPS.If all the steps mentioned above were done. I would suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
