Your name reminds me of "Harper Valley PTA"(the song). Might something as simple as connector on inside of TV, but you'll have to get someone to open it up. Some connections to be plugged in better. Some connections are not made well at the factory. The buttons you see on top of the TV, are all on one panel (circuit board), in the tv. This one circuit board has a connector attached to possibly, the main board. It is simple to unplug, and re-plug and sit properly. Test the tv, before putting the back cover on tv. Safety precautions must be Observed.
when replacing fuses in a device....if, when you next apply power to the device and it immediately blows the fuse again : Do NOT put in anymore fuses. It is time to visit a TV repair shop.
from searching around everyone that bought one on black friday have sound problems. you say that the sound come back after a while that could only mean there is a dry joint on the soundboard and may just need soldering back on, or it could be and overheating, could be a faulty capacitor, if you look at the board check that none of them have a rounded top if they have change them, but change them with a higher heat level 105c type, the parts in them are so cheap they prob only 85c and low priced parts, replace with black type or gold line, if they blue thats the fault they don't last long they really just for radios, but cheap made electronics have them fitted. hope this help you.

Did you select antenna in the setup menu?
If you did and still can't receive anything you may not be receiving signals strong enough. Read the setup instructions in the manual. link below.

The simples way to go about that is to unplug it, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back.
if it doesn't come on then it has a problem, which may be with the power board or the main board.
I have seen this particular TV with bad main board and bad power board (in fact it has two power boards) and unfortunately I can't suggest which one is more likely to have happened.
Sorry...this one will be calling for a tech to look at it.
There are several that have universal applications for mounting. The best, in my opinion, is Chief Mount. Sanus is a workable mount but I would steer clear of the Peerless mounts. The mounts will come in a one size fits a certain field (ex. fits 20 to 32 inch).
2 questions.
1. Do any of the remote functions work, IE. channel selector, settings menu etc.?
2. How old is the TV?
Several possibilities come to mind;
The remote battery is low.
The remote sound function may be faulty( bad button switch) this is usually a matter of how much the sound switch is used.
The automatic volume control in the TV has failed. This sounds like the best possibility. Once set, the sound should maintain its level. If not, the the AVC is dead and you will probably have to get the TV assessed by a tech. If this is the problem, you might consider a new TV. Tech service is expensive and in many cases it costs so much to fix a relatively simple problem, that buying a new unit is easier and more economical.

sounds like a button problem, your remote seems to be in programming mode,
I would take apart and clean,
Take batteries out 1st.
# 2 Take a Q tip with rubbing alcohol and swab your keys.
# 3 use some compressed air to blow out and dry keys.
# 4 Re- set your TV to factory reset.
Power tv up and follow instructions to remote set up.
