Most hardware stores carry these mount screws. They are standard sizes ranging from M3 to M8 or so and from 15 mm to 25 mm. Try Amazon if you can't find them, an assortment shouldn't cost more than a few bucks.

Need manual to find out how to get rid of the PIP and get the 40" main screen. What's in the PIP is in fact the regular 40" screen image. I am trying to restore the regular 40" back. I thought maybe the manual would be a big help. Thanks to any suggestions.

My flat screen tv wont turn on...what does that mean?
most likely your set has an internal failure and will need to be serviced. You can try unplugging it for a while, then plugging it back in to see if it will power up. But it is possible that you have a failure on your power supply board or the main board.
Sound but no picture
Show a flashlight on the screen from a safe distance. If you can see the picture, the backlights are off. The TV needs servicing.

TV Wont turn on
I see so many here with no sound/nopicture issues:ISSUES: 1. IF sound main fuse/s are good.2. If no power or standby check main fuse, standby power supply and any signsof damage you can see---burnt parts etc.3. almost all these sets the troubleshooting involves
checking voltages on the main power board to narrow down theproblem.4. Be safe and if you do not know what you are doing don't open the set.Answers to issues:1. RE:fuses---if a blown fuse is found get a good replacement(not the genericones like Radio Shack). Many fuses are special even aside from amperage--Don'tput a higher rated amperage fuse in the set for any reason.2. RE: power supply in set: if total dead aside from main fuse the set uses astandby power supply that runs 7/24 and a main supply (some are combined andsome not. Here aside from checking fuses you want to examine all the filter caps on thepower/standby to see if any are puffed up or buldged up in some fashion--Iattach a photo of a good one---top should be silver metal and PERFECTLY flatand have no brown material coming out on top or bottom. What happens in the standby area is they use caps with too low a voltage rating(saves money) which causes them to fail in a year or two---the standby runs7/24 and the heat dries out the caps and they fail.3. Trouble shooting consists of the above and then at some point you have tobuy and try a board to see if it fixes it or not.4. Safety first--no TV set is worth getting injured or even killed over.
To begin look at power board in set for caps that are puffed up on top like these and are if so---bad.
The blue light on my tv keeps blinking why is
Sir this blinking light commonly indicates an error, most of the error comes from the power supply. Unplug the unit from the main AC outlet then remove the back cover of your unit then observe carefully the parts specially the capacitor. Provably the power supply has a bulging top capacitor this bulge up capacitor produces a low and unfiltered dc supply that causes your unit to malfunction.
this is the bad or bulging capacitor, replace this with the same type, and also look for loosed or cold solder in the solder part of your power supply.
This is the cold solder joint or loosed solder. Good day and best regards.
My kids threw a small piece of Lego and hit tv
It has caused a screen bleed of the pixels. There is no way on repairing this unless you replace the whole screen which will cost as much as the t.v. itself. As time persist, the lines will become larger as the crack will spread.

My JVC TV has an onscreen remote that doesn't let us use the actual remote what do I do to gat it out?
Hello! If your JVC TV is displaying an onscreen remote and you're unable to use the actual remote, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Power cycle the TV: Turn off the TV and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can often reset any temporary issues and restore the functionality of the actual remote.
- Replace the remote batteries: Check the batteries in your remote control and make sure they have enough power. If the batteries are low, replace them with fresh ones and try using the remote again.
- Check the remote control sensor: Ensure that there are no obstructions between the remote control and the TV's remote control sensor. Clean the remote control sensor on the TV with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any dust or debris that may be interfering with the signal reception.
- Reset the TV to factory settings: If the issue persists, you can try resetting the TV to its factory settings. Keep in mind that this will erase any personalized settings and restore the TV to its original configuration. Refer to the user manual or the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset on your specific JVC TV model.
- Contact JVC customer support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to reach out to JVC customer support for further assistance. They will have access to more specific troubleshooting steps and can guide you through the process of resolving the issue with the onscreen remote.
Keep in mind that the exact steps and options may vary depending on your specific JVC TV model. Refer to the user manual or contact JVC customer support for model-specific guidance.
