How to enter the bios to change boot sequence on a
Turn on your computer. Press F2, while the initial screen is displayed.
The BIOS Setup Utility screen opens.
Boot priority order look for your had disk here.
order should be
1. cd rom
then 2. hard disk
then 3. usb or network boot device. anything bellow doesn't really matter much.

disable firewall of norton for a while and check..... if it wirks fine then add this software to firewall exception....
When i press the @ button it returns
Go to the control panel/ regional and language options.
In the regional options select UK from the drop down box then apply then go to language tab / details and do the same.
Lenovo n500 3000 display driver problem?
Other than RAM there are also other things to be considered to be able to experience great gaming experience. The best way is to solve this is to check the recommended "system requirements" of the games your playing. Can not install additional Memory
you ONLY require phillips screwdriver for OPENING memory cover donot disturb the cpu and other components as this can create problem with the circuit if you are not a techenician. Install the same type ,speed and frequency of memory matching with the originally installed
My Lenovo N500 does not want to startup but there
The light that stays on is probably a power indicator. Remove AC adapter and battery. Hold power button down for 20 seconds. Put battery back in and reconnect AC adapter. Try to start your computer.
Touchpad not wirking
I had the same problem. There is a small touchpad on the laptop, just above the Pause button, which turns the main mouse pad on and off. It is situated on the far right hand side (there are also touch buttons for the volume controls there), between the N500 logo and where the power supply jack fits in.
