I have a genius web cam but i have not model No. and no know serial No. please solve my problem

hello,
get the cd which contains the driver of your webcam.. insert in to cd drive of your pc.. start installation..then follow instructions from the setup wizard that comes up from the cd to install the driver needed.

1st You download Webcam Driver.Driver i-look1111 geniusAfter this install the Webcam driver in the system.Installation of Webcam DriverGo to the control panelClick on the System IconClick on the Hardware TabClick on the Device Manager sSelect the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.Right click on it and uninstall it.After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.Driver installation Wizard start.Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.Driver will be install.

I am not getting good result from webcam. I tried toolbar settings.Pleas suggest

Try doing the following:

• 1st You download Webcam Driver.
• webcam Driver
• After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
• Installation of Webcam Driver
• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install.
