My sanyo vison tv little green light comes on but
Its either a bad power board or it could also be the main, but power supply boards are common failure on older sets, you could remove the back and see if you see bad capacitors and replace them instead of replacing the entire board for a couple bucks if your tech savvy.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement.
Ypbpr no signal
Did you make sure you hooked a yellow end cable to the right jack as that is the one that controls the settings the others control the color and definition abilities
Black screen sound no picture

Can't find a fuse replacement...
We can't predict which components have been damaged due to lightning. Sometimes, a fuse only, otherwise more other components might have damaged. Anyway, if fuse should blow out, surely there will be any more reason. You should find it out first, before replacing the fuse. If not, more damage can be occur. Check for any shorted components, diodes, capacitors etc: at its main power supply regulator board. Be sure that there is no other defect occurred.
