Most modern TV sets don't usually have a separate fuse. Most have a safety cutout (Sometimes a fuse) soldered on to the main power inlet electronic board. Its inside the TV and will require the back to be taken off it. Make sure its unplugged before you do anything!

Check and replace the main poser regulator board.

Check the fuses on the power supply board first. They usually blow when you get a power surge. You may be able to replace them and get the TV running for a few dollars. Is your TV 1080p? If the Blu-Ray is putting out 1080p and your TV only supports 720p/1080i then you will get a message like this. Try changing your settings to 720p while it is connected to a TV that does display correctly, then move it back to the 47 in LCD.
