Put cd in player upside down won work
I'm guessing you mean that the player won't open so you can take out the cd and turn it upside up. This method will work even with the CD player's power off.
Get yourself a paper clip, regular size, not a large one. Straighten out one end of it so it sticks out straight.
Get a bright light and look at the front of the CD player carefully. You will see a tiny hole just the right size for your straightened-out paperclip to fit. Stick the straight end into the hole and press. The CD tray should slide out, allowing you to turn the CD over. Hope this helps

Why is it not turning off and why is it flashing different colors
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "

Tv comes on, green light flashes several times,
common problem with that model is the backlight inverter, 1 or more of the six transformers may be bad.also check for bad capacitors.the tedious way to check is unplug each and plug in each one at a time but unplug the power from the tv each time you check one or you will get a nice jolt. the one that doesnt light the lamp is bad.or take each transformer off and check the primary and secondary coils if you find one open coil. the transformers cost between $8 and $20 each.it has a substitute part.

I bought this tv a year ago and just moved
First of all what you can check is for the power lines, whether the voltage is coming into the set. check inside for failure of the fuse and the power cord.if there is supply coming to the main board. If the supply is present then you will need to check for cracks, breaks inthe printed circuit board. you will have to be careful using a good lens to check for cracks that had occured on transit. hence the first priority should be to check for such cracks. if it is not possible to see the cracks then you will need to take the power section volt checks. if you trace the main power lines you will arrive at the fault. If not get a help to sort out in this manner. Good day
