For which remote exactly? Each manufacturer of programmable/learning remotes has their own code base and unique numbers for each code.
Asking for a code is like asking for the postcode/zip code of Acacia Avenue but without specifying the city and district.

Well, if the power supply is in good working order, you will need to verify that the proper voltages are getting to the main board. If the main board is getting the proper voltages, I would bet you have a defective main board. The video and audio signals are generated on the main board. Expect to pay $100-$150 for a replacement main board.

Take it to a shop for a estimate unless you want to start buying circuit boards and replacing them to see if it is a board or the display panel itself.
There are some components on either the driver board or in the panel itself that have become thermo sensitive. This would entail changing a board or the panel itself. These are not supported or usually possible to service at the component level. The circuit boards are in multi layers, and the components are mostly surface mount. Get an estimate from the factory service before committing to service the set. It may be more feasible to replace the set than to fix it. This usually the case with this type of technology. Jerry G.
