It would be helpful if I knew what else you had in the setup. Mostly I just need to know if you have a cable box, I will assume this is the case.
I had this problem with my Tv, if it running through a Bose system the problem is most likely with the Bose system, you need to go into the options and go to picture and select Full Screen instead of widescreen.
If you are not using a Bose system then the problem is still fairly simple.
- Look at your remote for the Tv, locate the menu button and press it. A menu should come up.
- There should be a video or screen option in the menu select it.
- There should now be a wide variety of options to choose. Choose the normal option.
- Then close the menu the video should now fit the screen.
If this doesn't work then it be your cable box, to fix that you follow the same steps just using your cable box remote instead of the Tv remote.
If this doesn't work comment and I will see if I can figure out another problem.
