Have you tested the fuses with a multimeter? Sometimes they look ok when they,re not. Using the multimeter trace the wiring till you find where it stops, it may be a fusible link that's encased in a fibreglass sheath. Good luck and be very careful when it's live.

1. For error code E9 or E09 on an Induction Cooktop, disconnect power for 10 seconds.
2. Turn back on again then retest the unit operation.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact an authorized service shop.

If it is an induction cooktop, some pots wont heat properly. I believe that they have to be all steel pots to work on an induction type.

way late but if not fixed here ya go... Look in the bottom right corner of your Wolf cooktop. A key symbol glows when the cooktop is locked. Press and hold the glowing key symbol for three seconds. The cooktop emits three chimes and the symbol stops glowing when the lock is switched off.Hold the key symbol down for a further three seconds to reactivate the lock.
