How do I install a 220 volt outlet using existing wiring?

I would recommend getting an electrician. If you chose not to any mistakes you make can be a safety hazard and possibly kill somebody. In this area we are required to use a 4 wire connection; Phase, Phase, Neutral (bare or white in the US), Earth (green in the US). You are missing the Earth connection and will need to run a wire back to your electrical panel and connect to the earth bus. Earth and Neutral are connected together at one point in your home. In older systems the Neutral was used for the earth connection as well, this is dangerous if a fault occurs. The Earth may also be called ground as could the Neutral but they are different even though they are connected connected together at one point in your system. If you have an older electrical system and do not have the appropriate Earth connections I would highly recommend hiring an electrician, electricity can cause fires and kill.

Whirlpool electric range E1 -F2- error code on display

2_10_2013_1_08_28_am.jpgTaking a Quick LookThe E1 F2 error message indicates the control board thinks the touch panel has been unplugged from the board or it cannot read the switches. After getting access to the panel, you can see if it is indeed still connected to the control board, but when touching buttons on the panel, but if you notice some of them would beep while others do not respond at all, this was an indication that one of the switch matrix lines that run through the ribbon cable is no longer a complete circuit. How it WorksThe panels on these ovens utilize a switching matrix to constantly monitor all the buttons for a key press. By using a matrix for switch input, many buttons can be read by the processor using very few wires. The unfortunate side of a switch matrix is if any one wire becomes damaged, an entire row of switches on the matrix will no longer be usable since they cannot be seen by the control board. Here is the control board to order.

I have a whirlpool gold electric range,accubake

Hi,
I have look up your unit, I found the thermostat located inside the back panel the would only take out the function to your elements in your oven.
High limit thermostat
This link shows its location and price of the part. Now for you display issue, before continuing, push and hold the clock button on the panel until you hear a beep, if the unit is set to Sabbath mode this will clear that. If not I will continue, by the way missing a version number to model number, like a number (0 or 02). Have you have a power outage recently? I am not locating any line fuses the would take the display out. If the clock doesn't reset then I would think about checking warranty or can your dealer to inquire on your warranty.

Good Luck and I hope this helps. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gere_bf68e6055dd61249

After a power outage, the range has power but some

There could have been a power surge prior to the outtage which took out some of the control logic on the front panel. If the range is fairly new check out your manufacturers warranty. If it is not under warranty I would reccomend you call a trained service professional to swap out the control PCB with a new one. Good Luck.
