Do you mean the KX-TGE430? This is the base for the KX-TGE432, KX-TGE433, and KX-TG3634. To delete numbers from the Call Block, press the Call Block key (bottom right of the handset). Choose the single number or range of number option using the arrow keys. Press Select (a soft key - see the display). Use the arrow keys to highlight a number or block of numbers in the list. Press the soft key for Delete. Highlight Yes and press the soft key for Select. Press Off when done. Alternatively, after entering either the single number or range of number call block section, press Menu. Then choose Erase All. Highlight Yes and press Select. You need to press the Phone or Speaker button or the soft key for Phone (see the LCD screen) after entering the phone number to dial the phone. Check for a settings menu. There should be a ringer volume setting. Try menu. Settings. Ringer. Ringer volume.

VTR-165 is a transfer key. You said OLD system. You should look at the VM box and post the model after being sure it has a solid green light on it.. Was the phone system ALSO defaulted as there is software at the KSU as well? Older TVA systems were normally configured to use intercom 165 to manually select the VM. TVS systems could have been any extention but most installers used the last ports on a card. Like 15-16 or 23-24 and put them in a hunt group (default 165) for access I hope it isn't a TVS as you will need a PC with Procomm, hyperterminal or Telnet as well as a null modem (and I do not mean a USB conversion) just to be able to access it.

This is a function of WHATEVER voicemail package you have. We are technicians here NOT mind readers. I'm going to guess you have a TVA voicemail. You need proprietary software to access it as well as the password. It all depends on how it was set up. Do you manually toggle day/night or is it done by the clock? (MOST LIKELY) way to fix this for you. Once in go to services expand the boxes and you should see company greeting and the number of the CO greeting to use for day and further below for night. If you are on a land line most carriers use *73 to turn off the forward. get dialtone, *73 and it will probably beep at you to let you know it worked As you said Panasonic it is possible you are behind a phone SYSTEM. odds are good it would be intercom *7100

I presume your phone has "call waiting" as a feature. Normally you toggle between calls by pressing the "flash" or answer button. However, you may also need your phone service provider to add "call waiting" to your account.

To toggle the dial lock on and off on the Panasonic KX-TG361 series phones, make sure that the handset is in standby mode (no active calls). Then press Menu (the middle button below the LCD screen) on the handset. Press # 2 5 1. Enter the password that was used to enable the dial lock. You are pressing the VOICEMAIL TRANSFER KEY. Try the intercom and dialing 165 first. If it gets fast busy, then It sounds like the VM didn't survive the Power failure. Does it have a green or red light on the TVA and is it blinking steady or dark?

The most likely cause is that YOUR phone must be a ringing destination. If it doesn't RING on the 1st cycle then it does not pass the CID on to the station. It also depends on which system you are connected to. FIRST be sure you are getting the CID from your carrier. If you have a TDA system you need a CID daughter board. If it is a TDA-G, then it is built in. There are software options but normally defaults work.
