sir please call to the related simcard customer care and say the cellphone model number.and the phonenumber then they will send the gprs settings to your cellphone save the settings and switch off your cellphone and again switch on.then connect the data cable from phone to the computer for connecting the internet...........

this problem occurs if the phone is dropped, you need to take it to a service centre repairing high end phones, htc service centre cannot fix this problem, they will say it is dropped so out warranty.

Hello nancy966 The easiest thing you can do is put out the battery on the htc. Next thing you can do it what is call a master reset on the phone. This is a very last thing because it wipes out all of your information and it reset the phone to factory settings. depending on your phone you can go into settings and clean out the cache on it. If you done all the above steps. Go to htc website and go to support they have loads of options on trouble shooting your phone. You also can call their tech support to for help with the txt. You can tweak the bluetooth to give best results from the bluetooth option. But by doing this your battery charge will fireup very fast... :-)

contact the customer service of the network provider of your phone and they provide you the gprs settings of your phond

u just need to push the stand by button again if the screen goes off...and going off of the screen does not affect u phone call..

have you tried to set the BIOS boot sequence first priority(ODD) of your laptop?

try this
1. restart the system and while screen is turning on keep on pressing F2 then look on boot then the 1st should be ODD then once you did that press F10 to save and exit then try it again by rebooting system then press F12 while screen is turning on to install OS in you laptop

press power button or the button which switch off the screen for 5 sec then a window will appear you may switch off on clicking switch off

you can interface your HTC with outlook using active sync or windows mobile device center. once interfaced you can synchronise your contacts.

use active sync or windows mobile device center to connect... also ensure your server settings are correct. approach your administrator or your ISP for server settings.

soft reset the phone and restart.... also check the memory capacity of both phone and memory card and free up some space...
