It means that your washer is having draining issue. Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly, depending on the connection type. You can remove the water hose from back of your washer and clean the debris filter of any blockage.

So it runs a full cycle normally, but no movement? It can only be two or three things. Broken wires. Motor has failed. Timer has failed. If it chimed as it went through the program and doesn't now, this would be the most likely. You can check the output to the motor with a meter.

Either there is a plug in one of the drain lines or the pump is bad. There is a water pump that pushes the water out of the basket. That pump can go bad, causing the 5C error.
