If you mean the 10 number stored in 00-09, from the phone, pick up the handset (or press intercom) and dial *30 00-09 9 plus the number and # You'll hear a confirming tone. That stores the number. To dial, you press Autodial *00-09 and it dials the number. What's under the buttons? Press PROG and the button and it will show what's there. Probably a digital station that isn't there. Press 2 and STORE and you'll clear the button.Carl

In a Panasonic TVA voice mail system you have to know 3 things, the maintenance password, the message manager's password, and the system owner's password. If you have #1, you can reset the other two. If you don't have any, you need to get it from your dealer. There's a default for #1 if you have the MC software and a USB port on a Windows XP or greater machine. There are no defaults and you have to have access allowed for mailboxes 998 and 999. That, of course, is set in the Maintenance Console ::-)

When i press the program
You have to set the button up first. You can press the FWD button (or press INTERCOM and dial *710) then x (500 or 165 for your voice mail) #, where x is 2 for all calls, 3 for busy, 4 for no answer and 5 for busy/no answer. That will set the FWD for calls. To set DND, dial *7101. Once you set those codes, your FWD/DND will toggle between the 3 steps of OFF/DND/FORWARD.
*7100 cancels the button. These are the codes for All calls. There are 711 and 712 codes for internal and outside calls if you need to split them. Also, the No Answer and busy timer can be adjusted by the *713yy command where yy is the number of seconds. A good number is *71324 which gives you about 4 rings.
This is explained in you phone system Operating Manual (OM) under Call Forward and Do Not Disturb.

Possibility to use speaker (handsfree)
Do you have any lights lit on the 24 buttons? Somehow, in programming, you have either activated HEADSET mode, or you dialed the code to set it. From your idle phone, press PROG and dial 61 and press ENTER. If the display says Headset Mode ON, press SEL and it will change to OFF. Press ENTER to save and EXIT to quit. You can program that under a button also, it's PROG button 67 SAVE. You can read the status of all your buttons by pressing PROG and each button in turn, noting what feature is programmed under it (like S-CO 001, VTR, Headset, etc.)

You can make it do whatever you want. It's programmed in the ICD group 1 (by default 600 or 601) in system programming. If it's only ringing the first phone (101) and a solid red light on all the others, I'm betting it's never been programmed at all, because out of the box it has no program.

The red light indicator will not shut off
Press the MESSAGES button and look at the display. The light can be lit from another source. One of the soft keys under the display will let you CLEAR the message.

Who set them? The Panasonic has a table of restrictions that are programmed when the system is installed. The installer can change those, so I guess you'd need to call them for the programming changes.

If you have access to programming, you can export (TOOLS Export tab) them to a spreadsheet and print it from there. Keep in mind I'm only the messenger, so if you don't understand or know any of what I've just said, ignore this answer and don't post it as "somewhat" helpful.
That's the book answer of how you export the speed dial list. There is no other "magic" command to do it.

Here's the answer for everyone who searches FixYa. Call your dealer. Each voice mail is different and the instructions are developed by the installer. In a TVA system, we usually start at 1, so the Company Greeting and the Custom Service begin with the first one. They are changed from mailbox 998. In most of my installations, the night greeting is 2. It doesn't have to be.
