Mattel Uno Attack! Card Game Questions & Answers
Need help have a brand new uno attack, will not spit out cards
I had the same problem it seems, and I got it fixed. I unscrewed the 5 screws in the base (one is kind of hidden in the "tail" of the unit), and the 2 screws in the battery compartment. I lifted the outer cover off, and then unscrewed the 4 screws holding down the motor compartment. Carefully lifting that off, I found several small white cogs (gears) and one of them was out of alignment. I put it back in place and carefully aligned and reassembled the parts. It works now.
How do I play the card game UNO?
To start, each player gets 5 cards that they hold in their hand so nobody else can see them. The remaining cards are places face down in the middle for the draw pile. Turn one card face up beside the draw pile, this is the play pile. The first person to the right of the dealer starts by placing a card of the same color on the play pile. If the person lays down a 'Draw Two' card the next person(to the right) will need to pick up two cards from the draw pile and the next person(to the right) takes their turn. If the person does not have the matching color card or a card of a different color with the same number or word than the one on the play pile he/she will need to pick up one card from the draw pile. If this card matches he/she can play it.
If you do not have a matching card in your hand but you have either a Draw Four or a Wild card you can play it and announce what color you want to be playing and that will be the color needed to play nest. If the Draw Four card is played the next person in line will need to pick up four cards from the draw pile.
If the card on top of the play pile is a Draw Two and you have one in your hand you can play it, no matter the color, and the next person will need to pick up four cards. Two for each card played on top.
The Skip card means that the next person in line is skipped for that turn and the play goes to the next person. The Reverse card means that the direction of play is reversed. The play now goes to the person on the left rather than the person on the right.
If a player has a times 2 card and they put it
The written rules do not specify on your specific question. You can change the game anyway you want. Those would be house rules. For Example: We changed a couple more rules that actually makes the game last longer. Instead of just pressing once if you do not have a play - our change is that you press until cards come out. Another change is that instead of actually dealing 7 cards at the beginning the dealer shuffles the cards, takes the first card off the top of the deck, inserts the deck in the card shooter, then everyone hits the button 7 times each to receive their initial cards to play. So all in all, you can change the rules so long as everyone understands them. Enjoy YOUR own version and you will have more fun because YOU just personalized it.
How many cards do u get
There is 108 cards in the deck (if that is what you're asking), and you deal 7 cards to each player.
