How to record welcome message?
When your system was installed, someone had to put the original message on it. They also should have documented HOW the did that.Generally, when we do it, it's a CUSTOM SERVICE greeting or COMPANY greeting and they go numerically in the TVA systems. So, the opening message is probably CS1 or CG1. Try looking around for the manual.Carl

Panasonic KX-T7730- assigning speed dialing/one
It says "Not Stored" because you haven't stored anything in it. There are 12 buttons on the left side with lights and 12 buttons for feature dialing on the right. If you want to monitor extensions, the buttons on the left are the ones to use. If you want to store speed dial numbers and feature codes use the ones on the right.
Left button programming. Press PROGRAM and the button. For extensions, dial 1+ext and STORE. For CO's, press 0+line number, for inside codes press 2+code, for outside number press 2+9+number, all followed by STORE.
Right button programming. For inside codes dial the code, for outside number press 9+number followed by STORE.
Note that you could also dial "8x" or "80x" in place of "9" for specific line access. Also, you can store extension speed dial numbers on the right, you just won't get a light indication when they're busy.

How can I set to see caller ID on my phone extension
Nothing special on the phone. Special on the system. Better to have a manual and set the options in the programming. You can program a couple of buttons to display call logs (on a TA-824) and Name/Number display.

I have a panasonic KX-T7730
The 7730 is a Panasonic Analog System phone. It plugs into a Key Service Unit and the line port plugs into the PAP2T device. Model numbers like KXT-A624/824 are examples.

Want to know how we can divert our Panasonic KX-T7730 to a mobile number
What you want to do is to activate the call forwarding feature offered by your phone company. Different phone companies have different procedures. With many companies you dial *72 then at the second dial tone dial the number to forward to. This number has to answer the call to activate call forwarding. For precise instructions please contact your telephone company.

HOW TO PROGRAM ONE TOUCH DIALLING FOR KX-T7730
So that we're on the same page, a 7730 has PF bottons on the right and "CO" buttons on the left. If you have a different phone, like a TA-308xx or a Euro phone that isn't offered in the U.S., then it may only have a single row of buttons.
Programming is the same. If the button is a CO button (with a light), then your one touch requres a "2" in front of it to speed dial a nunber and a "9" or outside line access code to dial an outside number. So, to call 212-555-1212 you press PROGRAM the CO button, 292125551212 STORE. An inside number is stored under the CO button with a "1" plus the extension number.
A PF button already has the assumed "2", so you would just dial 92125551212 in the example above.

Our company uses the Panasonic KX-T7730 phone system. When I change the answering message, it is immediately followed by an outdated message. Changing the message works, but the old message still fo
When we set up a Panasonic voice mail system, you have a menu that plays. Usually, there is a Company Greeting, then a Custom Greeting. They are changed from mailbox 998 option 5 then 1 or 3 depending on which greeting you want to change. Of course, you may not have a TVA or TVx voice mail system, but I'm guessing that's what you have. In all cases, the Company greeting plays in front of the Custom greeting. By default in a TVA it's probably both greetings 1. You can log into the system and play them without changing them to verify what's where.Carl
