5 foot dancing santa gears missing in neck
Check his clothes and boots for the missing gears. If they aren't there, you either get a new one or find a local model maker to help. They are all made in China at lowest price point for retail, purchase for $5, sell for $99.95..

I was wondering why Leap Pad Explorer has an white dot when I power off?
on a tablet it is normally screen damage. Or this
If the LeapPad does not complete the shutdown process and the white dot remains on the screen for more than ten seconds, complete the shut down by pressing and holding the power button on the LeapPad for ten seconds
. This will fully power the LeapPad down, and it will start up normally next time you power it on.

Toy ATM Bank . Need
There are several toy ATMs on the market, none of them identifiable by manufacturer online. :(
BUT, you MAY have an option, as some toy ATMs allow for you to access them if you lose the card by using ANY credit card, and then your toy's PIN.
Sadly, these are not meant as anything more than a toy, so replacement parts are not available. They are a non-renewable item, and if they break, or lose parts, they become refuse. Such is the life of mass produced toys from china.
I hope the credit card thing works for you. Otherwise, you will have to break the toy to extract your funds.

Hey I recently bough a Propel RC Sky Force
take it to a different large chain store like the W world... and exchange it for a different one. Of course the store has to sell it there before you can exchange it. worst comes to worst, I always have good luck calling the company and complaining. I have gotten free vouchers for new items that way.

We have a french knitter
I know this toy by the name of "knitting knobby". To use, get the knitter, yarn and a crochet hook or cable needle.
Thread the yarn down the center of the knitter until about 10 cm (just under 4") is visible. Wrap the yarn counter-clockwise around one of the spikes on the knitter (not too tightly). Turn the knitter counter-clockwise and repeat the counter-clockwise wrapping of the yarn on each spike. Next wrap the yarn counter-clockwise around the first spike and lift the bottom loop up and over the top loop off the spike so that it falls into the center of the knitter. Leave the remaining loop in place (it will be the bottom loop of the next round). Turn the knitter counter-clockwise and repeat the wrap and lift off of the bottom loop. Pull on the yarn in the center to tighten the work as needed - after a few rounds the weight will help with the tension on the final product. Continue around the knitter for as many rounds as needed to get a desired length of material. Cut the yarn to leave a 10 cm tail and thread the tail through the remaining loops to cast off. Then pull the end tight.
If you wrap the yarn too tightly you won't be able to lift it up and off the spike. An alternative method for the first round is to wrap the spikes twice counter-clockwise and lift the bottom yarn up and over the top loop into the center at each spike.
I hope this helps. Additional pictures and directions can be found with google.
