It's because of compressor taking high amphs. Due to weak of capacitor, or loose wiring. And also piston inside the compressor struck. Replace capacitor and try after rectifying loose wiring, if any.

Normally, this is due to a shortage of gas or if the condenser fan motor is not running. Temp sensor, bad motor, bad control board…too complex you need help. Your outdoor unit will have a better diagnostic code to hopefully narrow the problem but this requires opening of machine.
