When you switch to compressor it just hum, motor
It's because of compressor taking high amphs. Due to weak of capacitor, or loose wiring. And also piston inside the compressor struck. Replace capacitor and try after rectifying loose wiring, if any.

Fan blows but a/c not cold at all
Normally, this is due to a shortage of gas or if the condenser fan motor is not running. If after a while, when the aircon is switched on and you can hear the compressor running, then you know the fan is defective. If compressor and fan both dont switch on, then it normally indicates a gas shortage.

Panasonic inverter air conditioner error code h11 pls help
Assuming you have a mini split and not a VRF system (although it is possible the error codes are the same),the h11 code typically indicates a communications problem between the indoor and outdoor units. This could be due to loose or broken wiring, a bad connection at either end or possibly a bad communications board in either the indoor or outdoor unit.
