My blackberry 8310 died this am. I turned it off
actually if a blackberry went off completely,and still connect to pc that means there is still hope.All you need to do is that get a usb cable for your bb and connect it to your pc and see if there is any indicator that shows on your pc.if there is,then take it to a nearby mobile engineer to reload it for you.that is all

My Blackberry curve 8320 won't turn on.
This usually means the bb and battery got a little wet or has other issues. Try these solutions in order. They go from easisest to hardest. NOTE: If you have an insurance policy on the bb probably best just to take it in.
1. Remove the back cover. Remove the battery and the SIM card. Wait 30 seconds. Replace SIM, battery and back cover. Reboot. Plug in the bb and charge fully.
2. If that doesn't work, allow the bb to remain unplugged but ON for about 24 hours to drain the battery. Remove back cover and battery. Allow battery and opened bb to sit in a dry environment for 24 - 36 hours. Relace battery and cover. Reboot. Plug in the bb and charge fully.
3. If that fails, try another battery (a friends or one from your cellstore) to see if tat's the problem. If so, (a) retry step 2 but allow battery to FULLY drain then dry out again, (b) buy a new battery for $60 retail or (c) buy a new battery on ebay for a lot less.
4. Take in.

Try a new battery or have your battery charged on another 8300 series phone, then install it in your phone. Typically, if the battery is below a certain voltage ("dead") the charging circuit does not become active, therefore not enough voltage to turn on your 8320. Also if it has been dropped or got water damage, these can also cause that problem.

If you have verizon it only takes verizon chargers. If you use any other brand charger than what you have it will not work and there is no number to unlock that feature. It's in the plug configuration.

1. SELECT THE SPEAKER IN THE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE MAIN SCREEN
2. SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM TO ADVANCED
3. CLICK THE PROFILE YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE (LOUD, VIBRATE, QUIET, NORMAL, PHONE ONLY, OR OFF
4. SELECT WHICH CATEGORY YOU WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH (EX: CALENDER, MMS, SMS, PHONE, TASKS ETC.)
5. CLICK THAT CATEGORY AND CHANGE IT TO YOUR PREFERENCE
COMPOSING A MMS OR SMS TO A PERSON NOT IN YOUR CONTACTS:
1. CLICK ON THE SMS & MMS ICON (MESSAGES SHOULD OPEN)
2. SCROLL UP TO THE DATE
3. PRESS THE BLACKBERRY SYMBOL ( LEFT OF THE BALL )
4. CHOOSE THE COMPOSE SMS TEXT OR COMPOSE MMS WHICHEVER YOU WANT TO DO
5. SCROLL UP TO THE [USE ONCE]
6. CHOOSE WHICH TYPE OF ADDRESS (PHONE OR EMAIL)
7. PUT THE NUMBER OR THE EMAIL IN (WHICH EVER YOU CHOOSE)
8. PUSH THE BALL AND PRESS CONTINUE IN THE MENU OPTIONS
9. COMPOSE YOUR MESSAGE, PUSH THE BALL AGAIN AND PRESS SEND
